How does the collaboration work?
Customers have two possibilities to get their work done. Depending on your demands, you can combine both models to satisfy your specific needs. Our programmers also are available at short-notice.
1) On the one hand, you may hire indian software engineers per person and integrate them virtually in your own development team (Body Leasing). Therefore the programmer would be an inherent part of the team but would be a way more flexibly applicable than a permanent employee.
2) On the other hand, if a customer needs to implement a whole project, a complete solution can be ordered to be produced by a team in India. Depending on the customer's preference, the project management of those solutions can take place entirely in Germany.
What does it cost?
The labour costs for software engineers in India are approximately 40-60% lower than the costs of labour in Germany - comparable skills. The charges for Body Leasing occur per hour or per month (model 1).
Single hours are 20 €/hour, prices for a month are at 1900 €. Of course price reductions are available for long-term employment.
For complete solutions (model 2) we make an estimate of costs based on the project. Specifications are then implemented at a fixed price.
